- 1st June 2013 – Conference launch (the first invitation);
- 1st July 2013 – the 2nd invitation for attending the Conference;
- 1st AUGUST 2013 – the 3rd invitation for attending the conference (receiving the papers in extenso);
- 1th OCTOBER 2013 – notification of papers acceptance;
- 5th OCTOBER 2013 – ready for printing for the Conference volume ( the papers submitted and selected by the Editorial Board of Cogito/Euromentor Journals).

Notifications
Between 1 June 2013 – 10 October 2013 the paper title, the author/authors, the author’s affiliation (university, institute, faculty), the author/authors’ e-mail, keywords (maximum 5 keywords or expressions), the abstract (10-15 lines) and selective bibliography will be received on sections, in Romanian and English.

Between 1 August 2013 – 15 October 2013) the papers in extenso will be received, in Romanian and English, complying with the editing guidelines , with bibliography and final conclusions.
