- authors’ affiliation: TNR, 10, normal, right
- authors’ e-mails: TNR, 10, right
- abstract: TNR, Italic, 9, justified, 100-150 words
- key words: 4-6, TNR, italic, 9, left
- text: TNR, 10, justified
- page: top 4,5 cm; bottom 4,5 cm; left 4,0 cm; right 4,0 cm; size A4; header 4,5 cm; footer 4,5 cm; maximum 6 pages.

The papers in extenso will be written both in Romanian and English.
Only the papers submitted and accepted after the evaluation will be included in the Conference volume/specialized publications.
